Registration fee

Regular fee: €1000

Academic/students fee: €150

The registration fee includes two  full days of conference sessions, a welcome reception on October 25, luncheon and tea/coffee breaks during both conference days, dinner on October 26 and event documentation.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations received:

Until 30 June 2016: full refund of registration fee, less a €100 processing fee
Between 15 July and 31 August: 50% refund of registration fee
Between 1 September and 31 September: 25% refund of registration fee
After 31 September:  no refund of registration fee

Substitutions with a representative from your own company are permitted at any time.

Hotel cancellations must be made directly with the hotel.
